I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Georgina Surridge. Most people call me Georgie or George.

I began my professional working career as an Executive Assistant within the Corporate banking industry in London providing business support for the Senior Vice President, the CEO and the Chairman. I developed the ability to multi task and to pre-empt exactly what was needed before being asked, giving me the super power of always being prepared. I began managing small scale projects and planned and delivered multiple initiatives. After 7 years, I relocated and began working for the NHS as an Executive Assistant to a Director. The public sector has robust governance requirements and it was during this time that I developed the skills to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements such as GDPR. I transitioned into a National Senior Project Manager Role and then to a National Programme Manager role. During this time, I planned , delivered and oversaw multiple large scale initiatives across the NHS in England. Since then, I have been working with Start up's, Entrepreneurs and Independent Businesses and Consultants providing bespoke Project Management and Operational Business Support.

As an Agile, MSP, and PRINCE2 Practitioner, I can offer a wealth of expertise and experience.

Some of my key deliverables include:

  • Establishment of a comprehensive organisational framework, policies, procedures and governance structure for start-up

  • On-going support to multiple Entrepreneurs across multiple industries

  • Establishment of entire PMO function

  • Planned, delivered and implemented multiple projects, including a multi-site Clinical Research Trial

  • Planned, delivered and implemented a nationally mandated NHS programme

  • Planned and organised major international events and conferences, handling all travel and logistics

  • Produced full suite of policy documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Created and managed a regulatory compliant Human Resources framework

  • Designed and managed Executive Assistant workforce for newly established Senior Leadership Team, including all training and line management

  • Designed and delivered bespoke training programmes

  • Led culture improvement initiatives with measurable qualitative and quantitative success measures

I am a dynamic and energetic professional and am known for my outgoing and reliable nature. I have excellent communication and listening skills. Coupled with my organisational, planning, leadership skills and attention to detail, I am perfectly equipped to support you and your business.

About Me - Personal

In my spare time, I play in a rock band with my Fiancé Carl, and we love getting together with the band to play gigs and festivals.

We have our beautiful little dog called Ozzy and when we can, we love nothing more than travelling around the UK in our Motorhome.
